Job description

Want to break into enterprise sales and make a real impact?

If you’re looking for more than a transactional sales job, this could be your next move. At MindGym, we use behavioural science to transform how people think, feel and perform at work. Our solutions are trusted by some of the world’s biggest organisations - including Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Audi and Zurich - to solve people challenges that really matter.

As a Client Executive, you’ll be unearthing opportunities, opening doors, and helping some of the world’s leading companies rethink how they develop and engage their people.

Why this role matters

This role is all about two things:

Building your own pipeline of opportunities (outbound sales will be your bread and butter).

Partnering with Client Directors to help grow multi-million-dollar accounts.

You’ll be selling behavioural interventions that change how work gets done. That might mean shaping how leaders manage performance, how teams adapt to AI and digital learning, or how organisations tackle the future of coaching and L&D.

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, commercially sharp, and motivated to carve out a career in B2B sales. If you’ve had 1–2 years of outbound experience - perhaps in SaaS, e-learning, L&D, or professional services - and want to step into a role with purpose and growth, this is it.

What you’ll be doing (and why it’s not your average sales role)

Supporting Client Directors (40% of your time)

Work alongside Client Directors to develop opportunities in large multinationals (think FTSE 350 scale)

Secure meetings with senior stakeholders and support client follow-ups

Turn inbound leads into qualified opportunities

Use marketing resources to boost awareness and pipeline growth

Building your own pipeline (60% of your time)

Identify and engage new clients with business challenges we can help solve

Open doors through outbound sales activity and smart targeting

Build solution-focused presentations and commercial proposals

Qualify opportunities and prioritise your workload using MindGym’s sales methodology

Use our sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, Cognism, etc.) to stay organised and on track

You’ll thrive here if you:

Have 1–2 years’ experience in a sales role (outbound strongly preferred)

Understand (or are excited by) selling in worlds like L&D, coaching, e-learning, or adjacent B2B solutions

Are resilient, driven, and hungry to grow into enterprise sales

Enjoy building relationships and communicating with stakeholders at all levels

Thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced culture with lots of variety

Love learning - about behavioural science, people, and what really drives performance

What you’ll get

Competitive base salary plus uncapped OTE (recently revamped to reward success even more generously)

Hybrid working - part-remote, part in our High Street Kensington HQ

25 days’ holiday plus wellbeing perks like yoga, massages, and 24/7 mental health support

Private medical insurance, income protection, life insurance

Pension with 5% company contribution

Travel insurance, cycle-to-work scheme, season ticket loan

Two paid charity days each year
