Concentrated on day-to-day account management of largest, most complex, and/or specialty/niche industry client accounts. Focused on building, expanding, and solidifying relationships with existing clients at all levels within the company and leads appropriate resources to address the client's risk/capital management needs. Collaborates with management to develop, maintain, improve and implement goals and objectives across the Client Services team. Key responsibilities further include: comprehensive oversight of all premium, claims and accounting responsibilities tied to the service of the Client, Establishing and monitoring best-in-class client service deliverables, processes and procedures to meet and exceed client expectations; and Cultivating relationships with most senior buyer in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives and buyers. May have retention goals. Prepares and delivers training presentations at industry events, client meetings and internal meetings. Serves as senior subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. May be introduced to formal supervisory responsibility over subordinates and/or may assist in orienting and training lower level employees.
