Job summary

Finlink Ltd in Newcastle is seeking a Client Engagement Administrator to support Financial Planners, PAs and Paraplanners with the end-to-end administration involved in delivering the advice service.

The role involves new business processing, maintaining client records, dealing with providers and third parties, and ensuring colleagues have what they need to support clients effectively. It is an onsite, full-time position with salary in the £26,000-£32,000 range depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service or administration background with ability to speak with clients and handle enquiries.
• Confident on the phone and comfortable dealing with customers.
• Experience in financial services is helpful but not required, banking experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Planners, Personal Assistants and Paraplanners with administration for delivering the advice service.
• Process new business within service levels and liaise with providers and third parties.
• Maintain client records, letters of authority, and transfer authorities; issue documentation and keep systems up to date.
• Assist with pipeline updates and ensure planners are prepared for client meetings.
• Handle telephone queries and assist with post and issue resolution; look for process improvements.
