Job Description:

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday; 8 AM to 6 PM, with 2 Fridays off per month – with flexibility for business needs.

Main responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Oversee daily operations, resolve logistical issues, and support meeting room management.
  • Maintain safety and compliance, including fire warden and first aid responsibilities.
  • Adhere to company policies and uphold high service standards.
  • Support technology setup and maintenance, including AV equipment and reporting.
  • Assist with team training and support ongoing tasks and projects.
