Job description

This role combines client engagement, project delivery and marketing creativity, giving you the chance to make a visible impact while developing your career in a supportive, fast-moving environment.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Client Engagement & Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll blend strategic client interaction with hands-on marketing support. You’ll be a key player in building relationships, managing smaller projects, and helping us get our voice out there.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with about a year of commercial experience who’s ready to dive in, learn quickly, and make an impact.

About Us

We produce and install high-impact interior branding for some of the UK’s best-known retail and commercial names, including McDonald’s UK, Domino’s UK. Our clients choose us because we’re faster, dependable and trusted, proven by our long-term partnerships. We’re a small but powerful team where your work makes a visible difference every day.

Why This Role is Different

You’re not just filling a seat. You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team that thrives on strategic thinking and independent initiative. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “manage tasks,” but who brings energy, fresh ideas and can think a few steps ahead.

Your Mission

You’ll wear multiple hats, blending strategic support with hands-on project involvement. You’ll be the go-to person for transforming initial project data into actionable plans, while also helping us shape how we present ourselves to the market. Think of yourself as part strategist, part project champion, and part problem-solver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independent Project & Client Management
  • Take ownership of smaller ad-hoc projects, make on-the-spot decisions, occasionally visit sites, and build strong relationships that reinforce our reputation.
  • When meeting existing or prospective clients, you’ll be expected to present confidently, communicate our value clearly, and represent us with professionalism.
Strategic Communication & Innovation
  • Act as the filter for communications, keeping weekly priorities clear. Contribute ideas on new materials, sustainability options, and ways we can stay ahead of client expectations.
Marketing & Visibility
  • Help raise PFC’s profile across multiple platforms and audiences:
  • Plan and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Create case studies and project stories that showcase our work.
  • Collaborate with directors and external agencies on graphics, blogs, and short videos.
  • Support outreach campaigns to reconnect with past clients and build visibility with new ones.
Why This Role Suits a Strategic Thinker

You’ll thrive here if you enjoy thinking on your feet, engaging confidently with people, and presenting well face-to-face. You’ll work closely with leadership, including the CEO, and regularly interact with clients. That means being able to communicate clearly and represent us as the premium, dependable partner we’re known to be.

This is a role for someone who wants to shape strategy, not just follow it. You’ll need plenty of energy, because you’ll balance hybrid office time with dynamic, client-facing interactions.

The Essentials
  • Location: Southwest London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
  • Reports to: Directors (including close collaboration with CEO)
  • This role combines client engagement, project delivery and marketing creativity giving you the chance to make a visible impact while developing your career in a supportive, fast-moving environment.
