Responsibilities of the Client Engagement Manager:

  • Develop existing client relationships across several accounts
  • Engage with HR and Hiring Manager contacts within existing client accounts
  • Manage recruitment activities and relationships with third-party/sub-tier recruitment organizations
  • Attend client sites when possible to address recruitment issues and strengthen stakeholder relationships
  • Achieve personal revenue targets from each client account
  • Manage internal Technical Recruitment Consultants working within specified industries or client accounts
  • Ensure each Technical Recruitment Consultant meets their revenue targets through opportunities from existing clients and new business activities
  • Collaborate with the Candidate Engagement Manager and Delivery Team to ensure a sufficient volume of suitable candidates
  • Gather high-value recruitment-related information from internal operations, existing clients, and other sources
  • Deliver high-value information to the Business Development team to support future client growth within the sector

Key attributes and experience required:

  • Degree level education or equivalent experience/aptitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both senior and junior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Ability to understand and discuss highly technical vacancy requirements and skillsets
  • Confidence to hold senior-level and technical conversations with clients and candidates
  • Proven success in building positive relationships across client accounts
  • Success in negotiation, influencing, and providing proactive solutions
  • Target-driven, organized, and successful in exceeding performance and revenue goals
  • Excellent listening, understanding, empathy, and collaborative relationship skills
  • Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office packages
