Our Three Role Types
  • Engineers: coding specialists (90% subject matter, 10% communication)
  • Enablement Leads: client account managers (40-60% subject expertise, 15-25% secondary, 15-45% management)
  • Enablement Specialists: project managers within accounts (primary focus, secondary optional, 10-20% management)
This Role - Senior/Base/Junior Enablement Lead

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape digital landscapes for major global clients, leveraging DMPG’s expertise and backing. Success requires managing complex projects, communicating effectively with decision-makers, and enjoying autonomy and organization.

Ideal candidates are well-organized, emotionally intelligent, and capable of handling administrative tasks such as updating tickets, sharing notes, and coordinating with developers.

Clients expect Enablement Leads to have a broad understanding of DMPG services, which can be developed on the job.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the COO, your daily tasks include:

  • Primary client interface managing workstreams across core services
  • Understanding, documenting, and validating client requirements
  • Managing delivery of tasks related to your primary subject area, including data collection, analytics implementation, and client engagement
  • Supporting strategy, research, execution, evaluation, and cross-channel integration
  • Supporting the COO and clients in digital strategy and tool selection
  • Providing training and expertise in core tools
Your Essential Skills and Experience
  • 3-5+ years in Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics, including admin functions and reporting
  • Ability to support data collection and activation workstreams
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office tools
  • Proactive approach, excellent task management, teamwork, and a sense of humor
