The Client Director is the main contact for clients, delivering Aon’s capabilities to meet their needs and risks. What the day will look like

Our advisory team provides risk solutions to UK businesses, mainly mid-market companies. You will interact with business owners and senior managers, offering tailored insurance programs, risk management, and claims support across various industries.

Your tasks include identifying client needs, building relationships with decision-makers, seeking new business, cross-selling Aon products, managing your pipeline, and growing client revenue and profitability. Compliance with Aon policies and risk management frameworks is essential.

  • FCII/ACII or equivalent preferred.
