Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and grow the influencer division
• Create and implement the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client goals
• Build and lead a team of influencer marketers and talent managers
• Identify and develop relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers
• Define success metrics and oversee reporting, ROI, engagement, and brand impact
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal and talent deliverables
• Stay updated on cultural and platform trends, creator economy shifts, and emerging talent

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in client services and influencer marketing
