Overview

Job description: Inherit a substantial book of business from someone who is being promoted internally. You won’t be under attack in 12 months’ time, and you’ll be taking over a role with no new business targets, inheriting a book of corporate/large commercial business from someone who has been promoted within the business. This person is the new business powerhouse in the Midlands market and has built a significant book of business they are handing over due to their promotion. As they will still be within the business, there will be a proper handover of their clients and you will be available if there are any issues in the future. The book of business is comprised principally of corporate and large commercial clients across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

You will have a proven and successful track record in a similar position, ideally with a focus on corporate or large commercial clients.
