The Position
Working your magic on global and complex accounts, you’ll utilise your positive approach to working by sharing ideas, solutions and feedback to keep projects on track – ensuring briefs, deadlines and financial targets are being met with ease.

A compelling and clear communicator, you’ll be able to work successfully with everyone around you. You’ll work to create new and evolve existing C-suite relationships by challenging and interrogating briefs, taking the time to really understand your clients and their needs, and continually looking for opportunities to drive sales and grow the business too.

You’ll absolutely bring out the best in the team – always ready to lend a helping hand and provide action-oriented direction to make the best ideas into reality!

What We’re Looking For
Proactive, motivated and established, you’ll be a natural leader who always goes that extra mile! With solid experience leading brand strategy projects in a global agency already, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running with this role.

Combining your strategic thinking with your FMCG and packaging experience, we want to hear all about the challenges you’ve overcome, as well as the projects you’ve directed and the accounts you’ve led straight into success!

We’re after someone who can wear all the hats – reliable, personable and a fantastic communicator, you’ll be hands-on when working with the team around you using your enthusiastic nature and drive for excellence to motivate and inspire.
