We are recruiting a Client Development Manager on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves providing client development and relationship management for a portfolio of identified relationship clients.

The role is global in focus, working across Pinsent Masons' entire network and drawing on all available resources to build long-term, sustainable relationships. It involves hands-on client relationship management for two high-profile clients, alongside broader portfolio management.

This position can be based out of any of our UK offices. Standard working hours are 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, with consideration for flexible working requests.

Candidate Overview

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous professional service account management experience, with a track record of client retention and growth, strategic planning, and data analysis for insights.
  • Experience identifying and creating business growth opportunities aligned with the firm’s strategy and market themes.
  • Experience sharing client intelligence and market insights to identify patterns and trends relevant to clients.
  • Proven ability to contribute to and execute strategic relationship objectives, focusing on retaining revenue and driving profitable growth.
  • Evidence of acting as a trusted advisor, with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and adapt to client and colleague needs.
