Position Details

We are hiring a Client Development Manager for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves client development and relationship management for a portfolio of key clients.

The position has a global focus, working across Pinsent Masons' network, utilizing all firm resources to foster long-term relationships. It combines direct client relationship management for two high-profile clients with broader portfolio management.

This role can be based in any UK office. Standard working hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, with flexible working considered.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in professional service account management, with a track record of client retention and growth, strategic planning, and data analysis.
  • Ability to identify and create business growth opportunities aligned with market trends and firm strategy.
  • Experience sharing client insights with leadership to identify sector patterns and trends.
  • Proven ability to execute strategic relationship objectives and support client retention and growth.
