We are recruiting a Client Development Manager for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves providing client development and relationship management for a portfolio of identified relationship clients.

The role is global, working across Pinsent Masons' network and utilizing all available resources to build long-term, sustainable relationships. It offers a blend of hands-on client relationship management for two high-profile clients and broader portfolio management.

This position can be based in any UK office. Standard working hours are 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, with consideration for flexible working requests.

Candidate Overview

We seek candidates with:

  • Experience in professional service account management, with a track record of client retention, growth, strategic planning, and data analysis.
  • Ability to identify and create business growth opportunities aligned with market developments and firm strategy.
  • Experience sharing client intelligence and market insights to identify trends and patterns relevant to clients.
  • Proven ability to contribute to strategic relationship objectives and deliverables, focusing on retaining revenue and driving profitable growth.
  • Experience acting as a trusted advisor, with strong relationship-building skills.
