We are recruiting a Client Development Manager for an initial 6-month fixed term contract. The role involves client development and relationship management for a portfolio of key clients.

This global role spans Pinsent Masons' network, utilizing all firm resources to build long-term relationships. It combines hands-on client relationship management for two high-profile clients with broader portfolio oversight.

The position can be based in any UK office. Standard working hours are 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, with flexible working considered.

Candidate Overview

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in professional service account management, client retention, growth, strategic planning, and data analysis.
  • Ability to identify and create business growth opportunities aligned with market trends and firm strategy.
  • Experience sharing client insights with sector leadership to identify broader patterns and trends.
  • Proven ability to contribute to strategic relationship objectives and support client retention and revenue growth.
  • Trust-building skills to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and adapt to client and colleague needs.
