We are recruiting a Client Development Manager for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, responsible for client development and relationship management of a portfolio of relationship clients.

This global role involves working across Pinsent Masons' network, leveraging all resources to build long-term relationships. It combines hands-on client relationship management for two high-profile clients with broader portfolio management.

The role can be based in any UK office, with standard hours from 9.30am-5.30pm; flexible working requests are considered.

Candidate Overview

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Professional service account management experience with a track record of client retention and growth, strategic planning, and analyzing client data for insights.
  • Experience identifying and creating business growth opportunities aligned with market developments and firm strategy, including personalized engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Experience sharing client intelligence and market insights with leadership to identify patterns and trends relevant to clients.
  • Proven ability to contribute to strategic relationship objectives, focusing on client retention and profitable growth.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor and build strong relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and adapt to client and colleague needs.
