We're looking for a high achiever, you will already have achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree and have a proven track record of business development success in your career so far.

You'll work directly with senior leaders to shape and drive the new business strategy, identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering a seamless experience from outreach to contract. This is a dynamic, commercial, client facing role with real responsibility from day one.

What You'll Do

• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute targeted business development plans
• Generate high-quality leads through outreach, insight and proactive networking
• Manage inbound opportunities, tender portals, and the “Hello” inbox
• Build relationships with senior prospects and guide them through the sales journey
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on campaigns and content
• Track, measure and report performance via Salesforce (CRM ownership is key)
• Support and coordinate strategic events that enhance our market presence

What We're Looking For

• A bright graduate with 2+ years in sales, client development, or commercial roles
• Ideally experienced in consultancy, marcoms, or a creative agency environment
• A confident communicator — persuasive, polished, and business-savvy
• Able to push back and challenge where needed, while maintaining diplomacy and trust
• Comfortable managing targets and delivering results under pressure
• Commercially minded, highly organised, and a natural connector of people
• Hands-on with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), detail-oriented, and data confident
