We are proud to have worked with this client for over 15 years who provide integrated marketing solutions to clients on a global platform. Even in today’s competitive market, this company has managed to consistently stay one step ahead of the game in providing a wide range of tailored end-to-end solutions for the world’s leading and most well-known consumer brands. They are looking for someone who thrives on a fast-paced, results driven environment, to fill the role of Client Development Director.

The Role

As Client Development Director, you will be tasked with nurturing and evolving our clients largest and most strategic accounts on an international level, driving revenue and profit growth.
Your role will developing sales strategies within active and inactive accounts to secure profitable business and expand service offerings. This includes, networking/marketing activities, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, and client meetings. Creating strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close a wide range of solutions based business within the company’s breadth of services while embracing specific business development initiatives around market conditions will be key.
As you’ll be dealing with 12 to 18 month sales cycles and growing business in multi-million revenue accounts only candidates with a strong solutions sales background will be considered. You will also be feeding information and understandings back to the team to ensure that the stand of service is consistent.

The person

We are looking for someone who has strong interpersonal skills, specifically the ability to interact effectively with all levels within and outside the organisation. The selected candidate will possess strong skills in sourcing clients along with strong negotiation skills. With great entrepreneurial spirit, you will have a great work ethic, and consistently strive for work excellence.

Potential for the future

This is a high profile role within our client’s business and is envisaged that the successful candidate with propelled to higher levels within a short time. The position reports to one of the companies most successful VPs worldwide which adds extra Kudos to the vacancy.
