Hi, we're PEXA!

We know you'll Google us before applying, so let's keep this brief. PEXA revolutionised the way that property is settled in Australia, turning a paper-based process into a digital one. Our solution is a world-first, with over 500 people across Australia and an expanding international team, we're helping 20,000+ families into their homes each week.

We're passionate about solving problems for our customers - always striving to set the standard for how property is bought and sold. Being awarded as one of the best places to work in Australia is a recognition of our culture and commitment to innovation, customers and our community.

We're growing fast, and that is where you come in.

We believe our success in Australia is worth sharing and that our proven technology will advance how the UK buys and sells homes.

Establishing ourselves within the UK in late 2020, we are committed to collaborating with lawyers, conveyancers, lenders, government and the property industry, to set the new standard for both remortgages and buying and selling property.

As an experienced client delivery manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the PEXA business as we progress on our journey to transform the way that property in the UK is transacted.

You will bring a deep understanding of programme governance and stakeholder management to effectively coordinate a wide range of activities across both internal and external programmes. Working closely with key stakeholders across PEXA, our lenders, our law firms and our partners, you will:

  • Continue to support the development of the methodology and governance behind our customer onboarding processes, with a focus on designing for scale.
  • Create overarching delivery plans to support upward reporting and facilitate effective resource planning.

Throughout all activities, you will continue to act as the bridge between other stakeholders to ensure that everyone remains aligned and to ultimately optimise the ongoing customer experience in partnering with PEXA.

As the business grows, you will also have the opportunity to help influence the strategy around expanding our internal and customer delivery management functions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the delivery framework for ongoing product releases (inc. forums, meeting cadence etc).
  • Support ad hoc delivery programmes for key activities across the UK delivery function.

  • Develop the framework for continuous improvement to the customer implementation plans.
  • Communicate with customers regarding progress, plan updates and any exceptions to progress.
  • Create the overarching governance structure to track all internal and external work streams (inc. RAIDs & RACI).

Experience

  • 10+ years in Implementation Management or Delivery Management roles.
  • 5+ years in customer facing roles.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing delivery of complex and/or multiple concurrent programmes (internally and externally) via Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in the FinTech industry preferable.
