Job summary

SearchWorks Ltd. is hiring a Customer Delivery Manager for London on a hybrid basis.

You will own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of key clients, working with customers and internal teams to deliver complex implementations and in-life services, while building senior stakeholder relationships. You will collaborate with Sales and Product to drive renewals and upsell opportunities, aligning roadmaps with product strategy and ensuring successful project outcomes across Agile and Waterfall

Qualifications

• Experience in software/vendor/enterprise tech environments.
• Banking/financial services background desirable; mortgage experience a plus.
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms and delivery governance.
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios and C-suite relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Commercial awareness, including renewals and cross-sell.

London/Manchester – Hybrid (2-3 days Onsite)

Fix term contract for 12 months & Day rate contract for 6-9 months

Up to 100k & Up to 500 per day

We are looking for an experienced Customer Delivery Manager to join our team in London on a hybrid basis.

About the Role

You’ll sit at the intersection of customer success, delivery and commercial outcomes, owning the end-to-end delivery and ongoing success of a portfolio of key clients.

You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver complex implementations, enhancements and in-life services, while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Background within a software vendor, SaaS or enterprise technology environment
• Financial services or banking experience highly desirable; mortgage experience is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and delivery governance
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios and C-suite relationships
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
• Commercial awareness, including upsell, cross-sell and renewals
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex client engagements
• A genuine customer-first mindset
