12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Administrator Role

We offer a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanence, along with an excellent benefits package (see below). The role features hybrid working, combining remote work and office presence in Plymouth or Bristol.

About Succession Wealth: Since our start-up in 2009, we have grown into one of the UK’s leading independent financial planning and wealth management firms, now part of the Aviva Group. With over 800 employees and 200 Wealth Planners, we serve clients nationwide through our network of offices.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an organized and competent Administrator to join our Client Delivery team. This fast-paced role involves supporting our Wealth Planners to deliver excellent service and outcomes for our clients.

The Role

The primary purpose is to support the management and assessment of high net worth client portfolios by processing new business applications, tracking progress, liaising with planners and paraplanners, and maintaining accurate client data.

Daily Responsibilities
  1. Coordinating diaries and arranging client meetings.
  2. Using investment platforms and IT systems to manage wealth processes.
  3. Ensuring accurate data entry within deadlines.
  4. Maintaining correct client records and taking ownership of administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills with high accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (desirable).
