Job description

**Job Title: Client Delivery Lead at Telefonica Tech, Data & AI**

Manage and develop successful, long-term relationships with clients, establishing trust as a strategic partner. Deliver impactful data solutions that exceed expectations and drive value through data assets.

Require enthusiasm for data and ability to support clients' business strategies. Skills in discussing data warehouses, data governance, literacy, and master data management are essential.

This role demands excellent client-facing and trust-building skills. Work closely with clients, project teams, and account executives to understand and meet client needs.

Develop relationships during initial sales and support clients throughout their data journey. Be the first point of contact for questions, requests, concerns, or issues.

Work across sales, operations, support, and product teams to ensure client success. Play a role in maintaining team welfare and development.

What will I be doing?
  1. Understand business and data challenges with sales and delivery teams.
  2. Partner with clients to identify challenges and develop data maturity.
  3. Understand client needs, expectations, and outcomes.
  4. Identify and shape new commercial opportunities.
  5. Attend meetings, support relationship building, and create implementation plans.
  6. Oversee project delivery with clients and internal teams.
  7. Maintain regular communication and evaluate outcomes.
  8. Act as escalation point for issues and risks.
  9. Manage feedback and complaints, report progress, and escalate as needed.
  10. Coordinate with other managers to ensure accountability and teamwork.
Qualifications and Skills Needed
  1. Experience in data analytics and warehousing projects.
  2. Proven success in delivering high customer satisfaction.
  3. Knowledge of project and program delivery.
  4. Ability to understand client business strategies quickly.
  5. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
