Qualifications

• Proven experience working with retailer and consumer data.
• Strong communication skills with clients at all levels.
• Experience handling market research data and related insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable working in English in written and spoken form.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships and serve as main contact for data inquiries.
• Address data quality issues and provide solutions in complex situations.
• Translate Circana processes and decisions for external audiences.
• Prepare written and verbal communications about issues, findings, and impacts.
• Proactively brief clients on data changes due to upgrades or launches.
• Collaborate with Practice leads, Commercial, Operations, and Product to resolve inquiries.
• Attend client meetings as necessary.
