Client Coordinator

Company Overview:

This covers a comprehensive range of physical infrastructure and safety considerations required for a building to meet regulatory requirements. As a leading fire and electrical compliance service provider to the public sector, our success relies upon a market-leading, engaged, and highly skilled team, for which we are always seeking skilled and self-motivated individuals to join us.

Role Overview:

The Client Coordinator will have responsibility for managing their own client caseload, liaising with the customer, client and engineers daily, to ensure work is being carried out in accordance with the contract requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to telephone/email queries from clients, residents, engineers & colleagues
  • Liaise and cooperate with the team to ensure all processes and procedures are followed
  • Monitor and update resident satisfaction, complaint and defect KPI spreadsheets
  • Produce monthly customer KPI reports
  • A sound understanding of the works being carried out and be able to translate this simply and effectively when talking to internal and external customers
  • Prepare/raise material orders/requisitions as required to meet the programme
  • Input and maintain data on the management system
  • Provide feedback/comments on failures or requirements
  • General admin related tasks

Skills & Experience:

  • Proactive, self-starter with an eye for detail
  • Able to manage own workload, work independently while adhering to strict regulations and deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills, confident to communicate with colleagues & clients at all levels
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment whilst ensuring self-care
  • Good administration and I.T. skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Working Environment:

  • You will be one of 10 Client Coordinators with ownership of your own Client caseload. This is a hybrid role; when you are fully trained there will be opportunity to work off-site.
