Client Consultant - Menswear Designer - 37.5 hours (Birmingham)

Job Introduction

As a Client Consultant, you are an essential part of a team that delivers the extraordinary to our customers. You will be fully knowledgeable about everything at Selfridges, including the latest events and services. Your role involves creating memorable experiences by understanding customer needs, deepening relationships, and growing your client book while maintaining high retail standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Create connections with potential clients and quickly assess their needs.
  2. Work as part of a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, including selling, replenishing stock, cashing up, organizing, hosting, and ensuring accurate data capture at POS.
  3. Build and nurture a client base through personalized updates and proactive client development, focusing on driving OB brands and key products.
  4. Facilitate seamless customer experiences by introducing them to other store areas and brand partners.
  5. Manage customer feedback to improve service, sales, and retail standards.
  6. Stay ahead of trends by expanding product knowledge and understanding of competitors.
  7. Follow health, safety, and security procedures and actively prevent stock loss.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to customer needs, and capable of personalizing interactions.
  • Expertise in sales and service, acting as a personal concierge for clients.
