Job Introduction

As a Client Consultant, you are an essential part of a team that delivers the extraordinary to our customers. You will be fully knowledgeable about the store, including the latest events and services that only Selfridges can offer. Based in your department, you will create memorable experiences by understanding customers' reasons to visit, deepening relationships, and growing your client book while maintaining high retail standards.

Responsibilities
  • Create connections with potential clients in your department and quickly assess their needs.
  • Work as part of a team focused on creating memorable customer experiences, including selling, replenishing stock, and managing POS data.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalized updates and proactive client development.
  • Provide seamless customer experiences by connecting clients with other store departments and brand partners.
  • Manage customer feedback to improve service, sales, and retail standards.
  • Stay ahead of trends by expanding product and competitor knowledge, striving to be an expert in your division.
  • Follow health, safety, and security procedures, actively preventing stock loss.
Qualifications and Skills
