Job summary

Black Sun Global is seeking an Account Manager to deliver multi-channel client communications projects for a blue-chip client base. You will manage projects, build strong client relationships and contribute to commercial success.

You will develop a deep understanding of clients' strategies, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure high-quality delivery while maintaining schedules and budgets in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid working with London offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.5 years agency or client-side experience, ideally within corporate marketing and communications.
• Excellent writing, editing, proof reading skills are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Be fully conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage the delivery of assigned mixed-media projects, taking responsibility for all deliverables.
• Develop an intrinsic understanding of your clients’ business model and strategy.
• Effectively manage each project stage.
• Accurately prepare all project documentation.
• Demonstrate real strength in identifying and managing account and project problems independently and provide effective solutions.
