Job description

A unique and exciting opportunity to join a Prestigious International Law Firm with a significant presence in London. This is a remote role offering up to £55,000 depending on experience and location.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of law experience in a professional services firm delivering legal and/or technical services.

The Client Collaboration Services Group is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting the firm's extranets, as well as identifying and delivering other collaborative legal service solutions for attorneys and clients.

This position contributes to firm-wide initiatives by collaborating with various departments, including Project Management Office, Information Technology, Innovation, CaseStream, and Records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with legal teams to analyze lawyer and client requirements.
  • Design and implement content sharing and collaboration strategies using firm tools.
  • Research third-party file-sharing and collaboration tools to understand market offerings.
  • Provide knowledgeable and responsive support to legal teams.
  • Offer training to attorneys, staff, and clients; write and edit training documentation.
  • Test and document new technologies and processes.
  • Review service desk reports.

Knowledge, Experience, and Education:

  • Four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong familiarity with litigation processes.
  • Technical understanding of information systems environments and web-based technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and/or graphical web design programs is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in public speaking and presentations.
