ASDA is seeking a Client & Carrier Co-ordinator to enhance the home delivery service and manage relationships with clients and carriers. ABOUT THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as a Client & Carrier Co-ordinator . As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting the home delivery of George.com orders as well as the shipments from our DSV partners, who ship orders direct to customers and our Click & Collect Service.
You will analyse our Client, Home delivery Carriers and DSVs performance and adherence to SLAs as well as constantly reviewing how to improve service to our customers. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in some exciting new Click & Collect and Home delivery development projects to further improve our customer’s experience.
You will be part of a small team that works cross functionally with numerous stakeholders, from Clients, George.com, Contact Centre teams, Fulfilment Centres, Carriers to individual Drop Ship Vendors. This role provides opportunities to develop your analytical skills and stakeholder management, as well as giving lots of exposure across the business and with our key suppliers.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Working with our Clients, Drop Ship Vendors and Carriers to improve performance and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Be the key contact between Clients, Fulfilment Centres and carriers, reviewing trailer collections, forecasts and any operational issues
Review and process invoices and claims to ensure they are paid accurately and on time
Working with George.com team to on-board any new DSVs
Create and analyse reports to monitor delivery performance and in-store performance
Work with the Service & Contact centre teams (including Exec teams) to resolve any business issues
Identify and implement new ways of working to improve current processes with Clients, Carriers and Drop Ship Vendors
Assist with any new development projects
