Client Care Manager - 36 hours

We are looking for an experienced Client Care Manager to work on a full time basis, working 36 hours per week over Monday to Friday at our unit in Birmingham South.

You will play a pivotal role in managing the entire client care process, from assessment through to treatment and follow-up. Your primary focus will be to ensure the achievement of service standards through effective coordination of staff and financial resources.

About You:

You will have proven experience with working in a care environment, experience of managing people and carrying out an administrative function with resource management responsibilities.

Main duties of the job
  • To motivate staff to ensure the achievement ofunit targets and quality standards set by the Treatment Unit Manager
  • To ensure effective communication systems aremaintained within the admin department, with effective lines of communicationbetween other staff, departments, and units.
  • To ensure that clients and their escorts aretreated with courtesy and respect and that they receive a high standard ofservice.
  • To manage theadministration of consultation and treatment appointments, medical case notes,client comment forms and monthly case note audits as appropriate.

Salary: £29,346 - £33,170 per annum - depending on skills and experience

Hours Per Week: 36 hours

Hours of Work: Flexible over the week over Monday to Friday between the parameters of the hours below.

Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
