A full time, fixed term (9 Months) of 24.5hours per week (including a share of Saturdays - with time given back in lieu). The shift pattern will be between practice opening times of Mon-Fri 8:30am-7pm and Saturdays, so flexibility will be required.
We are looking for a Receptionist with a positive can do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a love of pets and people. Confident and with a naturally caring disposition, you will fit seamlessly alongside our friendly practice teams as you help to provide a quality experience for pet owners and pets alike. Previous experience working in a busy reception environment managing phone calls and cash handling is desirable. Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information, working to tight deadlines and using IT systems would also be advantageous. In an environment which is often emotionally stressful for clients and pets, the ability to remain calm, confident and friendly under pressure is essential.
