Be the welcoming voice and guiding hand that empowers our clients on their journey to informed, compassionate care.
Join our team as the first point of contact for our clients, handling administrative tasks such as phone consultations, data processing, and reception duties to ensure seamless client care. You will interact with clients both in person and over the phone, providing essential support and guidance throughout their journey.
Work in a friendly and supportive environment alongside clinical and non-clinical colleagues, helping clients make informed reproductive choices. Prior experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential, as we offer comprehensive training.
