Job summary

Settlement Agreement Solicitors is hiring a Case Manager in Ringwood. You will own client cases from initial inquiry through to completion, providing administrative and legal support with a focus on superb customer service.

This office-based role offers a generous salary (£30k–£40k depending on experience), a 5-star review bonus, 5 weeks leave plus holidays, a company pension and a wellbeing allowance. You will work with a dynamic team passionate about delivering exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• Experience in client care, case handling or customer success essential.
• Experience as a legal administrator or paralegal is a plus.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle new inquiries warmly and onboard new clients.
• Manage caseload from enquiry to completion.
• Prepare and verify case information for solicitors.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, employers and HR to keep cases on track.
• Maintain up-to-date case management records.
• Spot problems early and escalate as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and earn 5-star reviews.
