Job summary

Hello Vet is seeking experienced Client Care Associates to welcome clients and pets, book appointments, manage clinical histories, and handle administrative tasks across our clinics. You will work with the veterinary team to keep clients informed and supported, both in person and digitally.

You will need to be calm, communicative, and able to restrain animals when needed, contributing to a modern, collaborative clinic culture and a growth‑oriented organisation.

Our Client Care Associates (CCAs) bring our mission to life through exceptional client and patient support, and front-of-house care. They welcome every pet and owner who enters our clinics, book appointments, handle queries, clinical histories and administrative tasks. CCAs collaborate with the veterinary team to keep clients updated and informed digitally. Our CCAs are the friendly face of Hello Vet.

Applicants need to be experienced in carefully handling and restraining animals for clinical examinations.

What you’ll receive:

• £13 per hour
