Job summary

Sammons Recruitment Group, a long‑standing independent recruitment business with offices across the South East, is seeking a proactive recruitment support/consultant to join the Hastings team. You will help connect candidates with local employers, deliver excellent service, and contribute to ongoing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop within recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience to candidates and clients.
• Build strong relationships and become a trusted point of contact.
• Speak with candidates to understand skills and career goals.
• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
• Write engaging job adverts and promote vacancies across boards and social media.
• Search for candidates using job boards, LinkedIn and our database.
• Arrange interviews and support candidates through the process.
• Keep candidate and client records up to date.
