Position Summary

Thrive seeks to hire a CBE to accelerate growth by selling monthly recurring managed services into customer communities. This is a high-profile position requiring a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual focused on vertical market penetration. Candidates must be willing to work independently in a demanding and dynamic environment. Due to the consultative sales process, candidates must have strong relationship-building skills, technical aptitude, a proven track record of meeting quotas, and the ability to close sales.

Primary Responsibilities

Individual duties are outlined and assigned by the Vice President of Sales, aligned with performance goals and objectives. Basic guidelines include:

  • Meet or exceed revenue goals established by Thrive's Senior Management Team through direct (75%+) and indirect sales channels.
