Job summary

Talon Outdoor in London is seeking an experienced Client Audit Manager to lead our Media Compliance team. You will oversee day-to-day client audit operations, review deliverables, and act as the main contact for agency partners and external auditors.

You will play a vital role in keeping audits on schedule, managing team resources, and driving continuous improvement across our end-to-end financial compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to guide, review, and coordinate the work of junior team members or project contributors.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to question variances and resolve data discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with internal teams and external agency stakeholders.
• Keen eye for driving efficiencies in processes.
• Experience supervising team members, reviewing work files, or project-managing audit engagements.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE_

Talon has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Audit Manager to take a leading role within our Media Compliance team. Reporting directly to the Head of Media Compliance, and part of the Finance Team; you will oversee a dedicated team of two Client Audit Executives. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an auditor with experience of supervising workflows and leading projects to transition into a supervisory role within industry.

As Client Audit Manager, you will oversee day-to-day client audit operations, review deliverables, and act as the primary first point of contact for agency partners and external client auditors. You will play a vital role in keeping audits on schedule, managing team resources, maintaining strong external relationships, and driving continuous improvement across our end-to-end financial compliance processes.

A DAY IN THE LIFE_

• Lead the end-to-end management of client audits, serving as the first point of contact for agency partners and external auditors, managing communications, audit requests, and query resolutions
• Monitor audit progress and proactively resolve issues or challenges.
• Supervise Client Audit Executives within the team, providing coaching and development support on processes, compliance requirements and Talon best practice.
• Coordinate incoming audit requests, taking ownership of resource scheduling, audit timelines, and task allocation to ensure team deliverables are met efficiently.
• With the Head of Media Compliance, work to identify bottlenecks in existing processes across the business and make actionable recommendations for process and system enhancements.
• Ensure audit, and other, processes align with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of media campaign reconciliations, including identifying areas for investigation, proactively engaging with all teams involved, and producing regular status reports.
