Job summary

Boots Media Group is seeking a Client Associate to join its BMG team in Nottingham. This hybrid role embeds retail media into Boots’ broader marketing plans and focuses on delivering omnichannel campaigns and strong partnerships.

You’ll help with proposals, campaign planning, reporting and stakeholder coordination, supporting campaigns from brief to delivery across channels. The position offers hybrid working, a £24,000 base with a 10% discretionary bonus and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Confident communicator and relationship-builder.

Responsibilities

• Support proposals, media plans, presentations and campaign recommendations.
• Assist campaigns from brief through execution, reporting and follow-up.
• Coordinate assets, approvals, timelines and deadlines.
• Create reports and updates to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Support budgets, trackers and campaign documentation.
