HLX Life Sciences in Central London is actively recruiting graduates to become 360 Recruitment Consultants, with extensive on-site training and mentorship. You will learn end‑to‑end recruitment, build relationships with clients and candidates globally, and identify top talent for specialist roles.

The programme offers uncapped commission, fast-track progression, and exposure to senior leadership, with international travel and a vibrant, high-performance team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised university.
