As a Client Advisor Assistant, you will work closely with the Client Advisors, actively contributing to developing sustainable client relationships and a strong client experience. You will provide administrative, commercial, organisational, and operational support across multiple client-related processes covering the entire lifecycle of the client families we serve.
Strong knowledge of the UK wealth management industry and experience supporting multiple advisors. Understanding of risk, regulatory obligations, and client data management.
Excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, high accuracy, well-organised, solution-oriented, and a team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with G2 and Intelligent Office, and knowledge of investment products, compliance, and regulations. Experience in similar roles and working towards CISI or CFA Level 4 is encouraged.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
