We are seeking a talented individual to join our Advisory team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in the Penrith office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The role: Client Advisor (Account Manager)
This position would suit an experienced Account Manager with a background in corporate or commercial insurance, having worked in a Handler/Broker type role previously. However, experience within other areas of insurance such as Claims/Underwriting or even professional services could be considered as training will be provided.
You will be responsible for supporting the Client Executives in maintaining their book of business and handling the day-to-day activities including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and handling any client queries.
