Job description

We are currently recruiting for a prestigious niche luxury fragrance brand with a soon to be opened new boutique in London. We’re looking for a passionate and client-focused Client Advisor to join their Gallery team and help deliver outstanding service and storytelling in a dynamic and artistic environment.

This is a distinguished fragrance house born in Patagonia and crafted in Milan, known for its commitment to sustainability, innovation, and storytelling. The brand offers a unique olfactory journey rooted in nature, science, and art. With a growing international presence, they provide their clientele with a deeply immersive and artisanal luxury retail experience.

As a Client Advisor, you will act as a brand ambassador, playing a vital role in delivering a memorable and personal client experience. Working closely with the Team Leader and Store Manager, you will support day-to-day boutique operations while embodying the identity and ethos of the brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver exceptional, personalised service to every client in alignment with the brand’s core values.
Communicate the story, philosophy, and details of each fragrance through engaging storytelling and expert product knowledge.
Cultivate lasting client relationships to encourage brand loyalty and repeat business.
Assist with all daily boutique operations, including stock handling, visual merchandising, and opening/closing duties (including keyholding).
Actively support the store in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
Maintain a pristine and elegant environment consistent with luxury brand standards.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a similar client-facing role within luxury retail or fragrance is preferred.
A confident, proactive communicator with a strong customer-service orientation.
Professional presentation, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
A sincere interest in fragrance, craftsmanship, and culture is highly desirable.
Fluency in English is essential, along with at least one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, Arabic, or Chinese (strongly preferred but not essential).
