Share Plan Administrator - Discretionary Plans Client Administrator - Full Time

Role Summary

As our Employee Share Plan Services continue to grow, we are looking for Share Plan Client Administrators to join our established Discretionary Plans operational team, responsible for delivering our Discretionary Plan Service. In this role, you will lead the operational planning and delivery of key tasks, develop specialist knowledge of share plans, and liaise with corporate clients.

Our large Share Plans Operations team comprises various sub-teams focusing on specific share plans or providing shared services. Due to the diversity of EQ’s Share Plan services, team members have excellent opportunities to develop their knowledge and advance within the wider team.

Core duties and responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering discretionary plan tasks for a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Collaborating with the Client Relationship Team to understand client requirements
  • Attending client meetings to support task planning and service reviews
  • Configuring discretionary plan system parameters and web services
  • Preparing schedules and files related to task deliverables
  • Working closely with the Discretionary Plans team, including Dealing & Settlements, Admin Support, and Reporting
  • Identifying and resolving client and employee queries
  • Maintaining data integrity and reconciling all service records
  • Supporting business readiness activities for new client setups
