We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth Management team in London. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Investment Managers, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

Hybrid Pattern: This role requires working 4 days in the office (Monday - Thursday) and working from home on Friday.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Liaising with operational teams on activities like scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes.
  • Assisting with processing deals under team supervision.
  • Preparing meeting packs and valuations as needed.
  • Supporting investment managers in preparing pitches and presentations.
  • Maintaining back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in client administration.
  • Experience in the financial services sector.
  • Supporting Investment Managers or Wealth Management teams.
  • Experience in processing deals/bargains.
  • Knowledge of Avaloq (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
