Savills in Scotland is recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join our Scottish team based in either Perth or Dumfries. The role focuses on client accounting for rural Scottish estates, with responsibilities spanning bookkeeping, rent and sales ledgers, and tailored financial reporting.

You will act as a primary contact for clients and tenants, maintain the property database, and ensure compliance with relevant standards while supporting the team across administration tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping tasks including processing purchase and sales ledger transactions.
• Ability to prepare periodic reporting tailored to client needs.
• Familiarity with accounting standards/regulations and client accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consistent point of contact for clients and tenants while keeping the property database up to date.
• Manage all bookkeeping tasks including processing purchase and sales ledger transactions.
• Prepare periodic reporting tailored to client needs and support a range of financial tasks.
• Work within the department with adherence to departmental systems and procedures.
