- Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 15:00
Main roles and responsibilities
- Manage and support 100+ workers within our largest client account, ensuring smooth daily operations and workforce fulfilment.
- Use sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract new business from client companies.
- Visit clients regularly to build and maintain strong relationships (full UK driving licence essential).
- Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, including their industry, culture, and staffing needs.
- Draft terms of business and negotiate pay and charge rates with clients.
- Work to agreed weekly targets, including client onboarding, assignment placements, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to advertise vacancies, draft job adverts, and use recruitment platforms and social media to attract candidates.
- Headhunt suitable candidates, including those already employed, to meet client needs.
- Use candidate databases to match the right candidates to the right vacancies.
- Receive and review applications, manage interviews and assessments, and create client shortlists.
- Request references and verify candidate suitability before submitting details to clients.
- Brief the team and candidates about job responsibilities, salaries, and benefits.
- Prepare CVs and professional correspondence to submit to clients for suitable applicants.
- Organise and coordinate interviews for candidates as requested by clients.
- Inform candidates of interview results and provide constructive feedback where appropriate.
- Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalising arrangements between clients and candidates.
- Advise both clients and candidates on pay, training, and career development opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs and targets, including placements, billing, and lead generation.
- Review recruitment policies and processes to ensure effective selection techniques and high-quality recruitment outcomes.
Skills and Requirements:
- Confident, organised, and highly people-focused, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence (client visits required).
- Strong organisational skills to manage a high-volume temporary workforce.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ambitious, target-driven, and eager to achieve and progress.
- Previous experience in recruitment, account management, or workforce management is desirable.
- Knowledge of local industries and labour markets.
- Background in sales, staffing, or customer service.
