We are seeking a Client Account Manager to support account management, client relations, and communications planning for Virgin Media.
As the Client Account Manager, you will assist the Account Director and oversee daily account operations. The role is fast-paced and requires proactive management to ensure high standards of client deliverables. You will collaborate with the wider teams across Virgin Media O2 to ensure campaigns meet objectives and are effectively planned, executed, and reported.
You will manage daily account activities with support from a full team, reporting to an Account Director and managing an Account Executive. You will also coordinate with the Digital Account Manager and other media channel specialists.
The role demands excellent organizational skills to balance the needs of two major brands and to foster innovation in our initiatives.
