Job description
Overview

We are looking for an experienced media professional to join our passionate Client Team, which sits at the heart of the MG OMD Government Media department.

The Client Team deliver best-in-class client servicing and account management across a wide base of government clients, ensuring that each campaign runs smoothly from briefing through to measurement and evaluation.

Our role involves collaborating with every team within OmniGOV, from implementational planning to media channel specialists and effectiveness managers, to project manage the delivery of a campaign and support the client’s strategic objectives with media buying that improves outcomes.

Government clients are grouped into four multidisciplinary hubs based on campaign themes and departmental goals: i) Infrastructure, Communities & Safety (ICS), ii) Health & Education, iii) Recruitment, iv) Economy and Central/Cabinet Office. Each hub is represented by a specialist from the four teams within the department, including account management, effectiveness, and implementational planning.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver best-in-class client servicing and account management across a wide base of government clients, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from briefing to measurement and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with all OmniGOV teams (implementational planning, media channel specialists, effectiveness managers) to project manage campaign delivery.
  • Understand the client’s strategic objectives and identify how media buying will improve outcomes; form strong business partnerships with clients.
  • Work predominantly across the Recruitment hub, handling varied briefs and adding value through creative thinking, inclusive planning and effective measurement.
  • Support the wider MG OMD Planning team by sharing work, ideas, and assisting with new business opportunities.
What you’ll be working with

The Recruitment hub includes departments such as: Army, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence, Met Police and Department for Education. We continue to explore attention and behaviour change to drive better outcomes.
