Join Zendbox as a Client Account Manager!
Zendbox is a leading fulfilment provider for eCommerce businesses, and we're looking for a talented Client Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives
Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating services and resolving any concerns
Monitor client performance and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement
Prepare reports and presentations for clients, showcasing performance and opportunities
Work closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably within the logistics or eCommerce sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
Experience in creating and presenting reports to clients
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
