This role involves assessing client operations and delivering high standards of service while managing client relationships and aiming to expand the client base. About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Business to Business Account Manager to join us, working as part of our Client Services team. The responsibilities include assessing financial and operational data relating to the performance of our client’s heat networks. You will utilise this data and present monthly/quarterly updates to your portfolio of clients highlighting risks, presenting solutions, and collaborating with internal departments to deliver improvements that mitigate those risks.
To succeed in this post-sales role, you should be adept in providing professional written and verbal business updates, be passionate about delivering the highest service standards to our clients and have the gravitas to challenge the status quo by recommending business process changes to help enhance the overall services we provide.
Ultimately, you will ensure our company retains and expands our client base.
Location and working hours:
Working at either the Peterborough (PE1 5DD) or London (EC2Y 9DT) office with remote working available and nationwide travel to client meetings.
Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week.
